Ingredients

Normal Saline

Normal saline is a cornerstone of intravenous solutions commonly used in the clinical setting. It is a crystalloid fluid administered via an intravenous solution. Its indications include both adult and pediatric populations as sources of hydration and electrolyte disturbances. It can come in various concentrations; the two specifically addressed are 0.9% and 0.45%.

Additionally, it has a use as a priming solution for various procedures (e.g., hemodialysis procedures) and to initiate and terminate blood transfusions. Indications for sodium chloride infusions also include pharmaceutic aids and diluents for the infusion of compatible drug additives.

Vitamin B3

Niacin, or vitamin B3, is a water-soluble B vitamin found naturally in some foods, added to foods, and sold as a supplement. The two most common forms of niacin in food and supplements are nicotinic acid and nicotinamide. The body can also convert tryptophan—an amino acid—to nicotinamide.

VNiacin works in the body as a coenzyme, with more than 400 enzymes dependent on it for various reactions. Niacin helps to convert nutrients into energy, create cholesterol and fats, create and repair DNA, and exert antioxidant effects.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is part of the B-vitamin complex and notable for its role in maintaining optimal neurological function. The vitamin is associated with preventing memory loss and improving concentration, as well as boosting energy levels.

Vitamin B12 has a large role in DNA synthesis and metabolizing amino acids. B12 is essential to ensuring the proper formation of red blood cells; low levels of B12 can result in anemia.

NAD+

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells that is essential in key physiological processes in our bodies. As we get older, however, NAD+ production slows down, leading to mental and physical fatigue.

One of the ways to supplement declining NAD+ is through NAD+ Therapy. NAD+ Injections help to ensure that it’s absorbed by the bloodstream, rather than being broken down in the digestive system, thereby delivering maximum benefits to your body.

Amino Acid

Amino acids are compounds that consist of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon. They’re instrumental in protein formation. Each type of amino acid is distinguished by a structure called a side chain. These side chains give amino acids specific functions in the body, making them incredibly versatile.

Amino acids benefit your well-being, which means it’s crucial to make sure you get enough of them in your daily diet. Given what amino acids do for your body, you won’t feel your best if you’re low on this vital nutrient. That’s why many people turn to IV therapy.

Magnesium

Magnesium is naturally present in a variety of foods, available as a supplement, and an ingredient in antacids and laxatives. The mineral plays an important role in assisting more than 300 enzymes to carry out various chemical reactions in the body such as building proteins and strong bones, and regulating blood sugar, blood pressure, and muscle and nerve functions. Magnesium also acts an electrical conductor that contracts muscles and makes the heart beat steadily.

More than half of the magnesium in our body is stored in bones, and the remaining in various tissues throughout the body.

Biotin

Biotin — also known as vitamin B7 — is a B-complex vitamin that helps your body break down food into valuable energy. While you can maintain a healthy biotin level by eating meat, eggs, fish, seeds, nuts, and some vegetables, many people choose to consume it in a daily supplement.

Biotin helps maintain many of your body’s major systems. Like other B vitamins, biotin helps your body use enzymes and carry nutrients throughout the body.

Vitamin C

Also known as Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that plays many essential roles throughout the body, helping to maintain systems such as muscles, bones, immune support, and the circulatory system.

Vitamin C promotes the biosynthesis of collagen, which is a fundamental part of connective tissues. In this capacity, Vitamin C reduces stretch marks and is an essential component of healing wounds.

Glutathione

Glutathione shields cellular macromolecules from redox reactions and mitigates oxidative stress on the body by detoxifying the body, neutralizing free radicals and facilitating cell excretion. Glutathione also recycles vitamins C and E to protect cells from damaging oxidants. The amount of glutathione in cellular fluids naturally decreases over time, which in turn reduces the effectiveness of the body’s natural ability to remove free radicals.

A deficiency in glutathione can contribute to increased oxidative stress on the body, so supplementation is especially valuable in preventing the damaging effects of free radicals and reducing oxidative stress at the cellular level. Because glutathione is not well absorbed by the body when taken by mouth, it is ideal when administered in IV solutions.
